2. Do you make die casting molds by yourself or outsourcing?
Answer: We make die casting molds by ourselves.
3. How many die casting machines do you have?
Answer: We have 10 sets of die casting machines, 4 sets for zinc die castings and 6 sets for aluminium die castings.
4. What tolerance for your die castings?
Answer: Our die castings range from miniatures of 10g to 10 kgs; With accuracy to 0.01mm.
5. What material model number for your aluminium die castings? Answer: The aluminium material we use are usually ADC12, or A380, A360; Zinc 3#, 5#, 8#, etc.
6. What is the lead time for the delivery of goods? Answer: Usually 25 days after receipt of deposit.
7. What is the port of loading?
Answer: Shenzhen.
